Sony Offers a Free Year of Identity Theft Protection For PSN Users

  Sony announced they will be offering AllClear ID PLUS Identity Theft Protection for free for all PlayStation Network and Qriocity customers in the U.S. This service provides members with protected alert delivery, identity theft insurance, and access to fraud investigators. Members need to have had an active account as of April 20 and the service will last for 12 months. The activation code must be redeemed by June 28.

  On a side note, Valve is offering a free download of Portal 2 Soundtrack Volume 1, which includes 22 tracks.

   A few other notable deals/offers this week:
  • Dave and Buster's is currently offering $10 game credit for free in honor of National Play Day. Simply go to this link and enter your email address to redeem the printable coupon. Offer valid May 20-31. 
  • Similarly, if you live nearby Krispy Kreme, visit them on 6/3 for a free doughnut of your choice in honor of National Doughnut Day. This was tweeted just yesterday on their twitter page
  • Best Buy is currently having an online midnight sale going on. Might be worth browsing through.
